What is the GSA?

The GSA aims to provide the critical knowledge and skills to enable the front line sales organisation, focused on two roles, line managers and sales reps. We have created a simple focused curriculum available by role, First Line Managers, and Sales Reps, utilising the latest Learning & Development best practice and adult learning principles. All the training is designed to be engaging and interactive and lasting no more than one day.

What makes the GSA special

The curriculum is simple and role focused – Sales Rep and Line Manager. The training is deployed from global down to the sales front line via a local training cascade. Regional Train the Trainer events scales the content ensuring the onward training is delivered and deployed in local language and tailored to the market specifics, and brought to life with local examples. The OpCo becomes self-sufficient for future deployments, and has a flexible and cost effective delivery of GSA courses

More than just training

GSA provides supporting resources to ensure the embedding of the critical knowledge and skills. Power sessions support the Line Manager in driving the development agenda, enabling them to support and coach the individuals in their team. ELearning checks that the training has been successful and has delivered the learning outcomes. Skill Pills provide just in time reminders and support to embed the behaviour into the day job.

GSA Portal

The dynamic and interactive portal is the one stop shop for the sales rep and the line manager – providing access to all resources and eLearning. The Leaderboard allows for sales reps and line managers to benchmark themselves and their teams within the OpCo, region and globally. All of the development information is stored via a Learning Management System to facilitate easy just in time reporting on all of the development activities.
